Hello everyone! I'm Marta, and I am an Italian teacher. Since the beginning of my career I have worked in contact with foreign languages and Italian. While studying to obtain my master's degree in "Italian language and culture for foreigners", I had the opportunity to work as an Italian language assistant in a foreign University. More recently, I held an Italian course for people who have just arrived in Italy.
My greatest passion is literature, which I avidly read. To pursue this interest I also undertook a post-graduate master in translation, which allowed me to become a Spanish translator and to explore the world of editing by doing an internship at an independent publishing house. I am also fluent in English.
The classes for my students are centred around oral communication and Italian grammar, so I put great effort to exclusively speak Italian and avoid using other languages. I personalise PowerPoint presentations for my students, and I regularly prepare weekly assignments to be revised during the following lesson, in order to encourage individual study. The first class is free and is centred around the interests and needs of the student, in order to create a personalized and engaging program.

Hi, I'm Franci. I'm an all-around but one of my favourite things is to teach and spread my passion for languages and cultures. I studied translation and intercultural communication, collecting moves around 5 countries.
I have many experiences as private teacher of Italian, English and German for kids, teenagers and adults. My biggest satisfaction so far has been to see a girl hating the German language at the beginning, ending up pursuing a university path in German!

My name is Tiera, and I am a native English speaker from Dallas, Texas, in the United States. I have over three years of in-person teaching experience with young learners aged 4-14. I also have a 120-hour TEFL certificate earned in August 2020. I have a high school diploma and spent approximately three years studying criminal justice and Spanish at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, USA.

My philosophy is simple; teach with compassion, patience and confidence and your students will be greatly rewarded. I teach all levels of English learners, with young children and adults alike. I love to talk about sports, food, and nature in my classes. I prefer to use TPR, or the “total physical response” method with young learners because it is engaging and interactive. I can assist with correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling, as well as conversational English. This can include “free talk” topics as specific as interview English, business English, or anything that interests the students. I can also assist students with pronunciation and accent advising.

I’m a Finnish language trainer in Helsinki, and I offer one-to-one lessons for people learning either language. I have four years’ experience teaching adults from all around the world with various backgrounds and vastly different levels, skills and individual difficulties.

My approach is both academic and practical. Having studied both languages independently as well as at university level, I am intensely aware of the difficulties learners have. I clarify things in simple terms that the student can understand. I explain how things work and why to ensure the learner understands exactly what’s going on and can use it confidently. I give ample opportunity to practice it actively and passively in tailored lessons with games, music, videos, writing exercises, grammar drills and conversation.

I provide most learning material electronically from my expansive library, but also purchase physical copies of textbooks for students when possible and necessary.

I can offer to teach Tagalog And English language. Method of my teaching for Filipino language should start by learning the Filipino alphabet . Material for teaching is books or textbook. I don't have an educational degree but I've experienced teaching and explaining certain things in a company that I worked before, just like a speaker and lecturer. That's why I like to teach and speak in public whether it's only one or in numbers . I also love talking with different kinds of people's races and culture, and at the same time, I also learn from them while I'm teaching.
I live in Mandaluyong City. I also had a 120 hours of TEFL Certificate. Over the last two years, I work as a product designer in several online marketplace.
I mainly teach kids aged 3-10 years old. I use TPR or what they called Total Physical Response, because I believe it makes the class fun and engaging.
Flashcard is one of my teaching material as well. Teaching basic conversational English and Filipino language. Watching documentaries, tutorial and interest in Geography is among all the things that I love doing and engaging myself into.

Hello, my name is Allisha. I am 34 years old and I am from South Africa. I am a qualified TEFL teacher. I am also qualified in TEYL, which is teaching English to young leaners. Having both these qualifications makes it easy for me to interact with students from any age group. I am the process of registering to study towards a degree in early childhood development and I am also looking to further my studies in higher certificate in Education - senior phase and intermediate phase. My interests are reading, sport, going on adventures, dancing and learning about other countries and their diverse cultures.

Hello, I'm Anaïs ! Native french but I've lived quite some times abroad, including 5 years in Canada! I've worked for various schools; whether in France, Canada and Japan. I have experience working with children and with adults. I went to College both in Canada and in France, where I graduated from Sorbonne University in International Cooperation (Master's degree). Before that I studied in Intercultural Communication and I traveled around the world to understand other cultures. I recently became TEFL certified in order to teach English in France because in fact, I love teaching, as much as I do love languages!
