Ieri Mara andò a scuola presto perchè voleva prendere un croissant al bar prima di entrare in classe. La sua amica Ludovica le disse che avrebbe aspettato il suo arrivo vicino alla panchina davanti a scuola. Quando Mara arrivò, la sua amica propose di saltare la scuola e di andare alla fiera. Mara accettò e una volta arrivate a destinazione le due iniziarono a guardarsi intorno. Le due amiche avrebbero voluto provare tutte le giostre e a loro sarebbe piaciuto assaggiare tutti i tipi di cibi che c'erano. Sfortunatamente, Mara ricevette una telefonata da sua madre, la quale le disse che sarebbe dovuta rientrare subito a casa perchè i suoi genitori avevano scoperto cosa aveva fatto. Sulla strada verso casa Mara pensò a cosa avrebbe potuto dire per scusarsi, ma già sapeva che i suoi genitori non avrebbero perdonato così facilmente questo suo gesto. I suoi genitori erano sempre stati molto severi e Mara sapeva che sarebbe stato difficile e che ci sarebbe voluto del tempo affinchè le cose tornassero come prima. Una volta a casa, i genitori di Mara la sgridarono e la misero in punizione. Quella sera Mara telefonò alla sua amica dicendole che il giorno seguente sarebbe venuta a scuola accompagnata da suo padre. Le due amiche mai avrebbero pensato che sarebbero state scoperte.
