Hola a todos! Hello everyone! I am Alexandra, native Spanish and Certified Primary Teacher with 10 years of experience in teaching different subjects, especially English, to students of all ages and levels: from little girls to teenagers, adults and enterprises.

I am passionate about education and what I understand as an excelent teacher is one who is committed to the important job we perform by trying to connect with our students, listen and observe them in order to adjust to their personal needs and ways of learning as well as their interests and curiosities. This guarantees a greater connection, motivation and involvement of those students and, therefore, a more optimal and efficient teaching and learning process.

I have been curious since I was born and this leads me to constantly study and learn new things in a self-taught way and through my students. I also have the abilities to listen, observe and adapt well developed. In addition, as I am also a Graphic Designer. Therefore, my materials and methods tend to be self-designed and created, very visual and dynamic and they help me enhance my students' curiosity, motivation and learning.

To ensure that my students learn quickly and efficiently, I use materials that contribute to the content in an experiential, practical and cooperative way. Thus, these are the methods I use the most: experiential learning, project-based and practice learning, collaborative learning, Flipped Classroom and gamification. My materials are not only on paper, but tend to be digital through various platforms and multimedia tools that allow learning, adding and building further on what we are learning as well as my students to be able to collaborate and do projects together. In addition, I try to transfer the practice outside the classroom to real life. All this makes my students learn quickly and significantly while they enjoy all the different activities we are doing.

As you can see, I am very dynamic, creative and innovative. I am ready to start helping you in your learning process of the Spanish (Spanish), Basque or English language, even a basic level of French!

My name is Maja and I am a CELTA certified teacher holding a Bachelor's degree in English language and literature. My teaching experience spans over 15 years and it encompasses work with both children and adults. Time flies fast when you are having fun, some might say. And teaching for me is exactly that – fun.
During my career, I have worked with all levels and ages, both in primary and private language schools and now in an online setting.
Working with the little ones must be the most challenging but also the most rewarding aspect of this job. In my virtual classroom, I strive to constantly engage and activate my students by using props, visuals and gestures. In addition, creating a child-friendly environment and catering for students’ needs are essential for learning to take place.
In my spare time, every now and then I get away from the city and spend a bit of time in the great outdoors, hiking or camping. Tai Chi is something that I have recently discovered. And I absolutely love it!

Let me tell you quickly something about me and what I do.

I am a translator by training and a compulsive traveler by birth. I love cats and salsa music. English has always been my passion and I'm here to help other people feel confident when speaking, writing and working with this language.

My teaching method is a very personal mix made of tips and methods taken from different schools of thought, many first-hand experiences I have had in the field, all combined with my mission to help students overcome their fears and blocks when it comes to English.

In my classes you will have the advantage of feeling well looked after - my preparation in cultural and language studies allows me to listen to and understand the challenges students from different linguistic backgrounds face.

I have been working in English Language Teaching (ELT) since 2012. I have taught General English, Business English and Exam Preparation courses to learners of all ages and levels.

I have worked as an English teacher in England, France and Greece and as a corporate trainer on Amazon, France.

I have more than 6 years of experience in Education management. I have a BA in Balkan Studies and an MBA.

My native language is Greek and I can also speak German and Romanian. I am currently working on improving my French.

My name is Karolin and since the beginning of 2017, while I was still living in Chile, I've been giving online classes. I really enjoy my work and it gives me the privilage to get to know people from all around the world, which is amazing.

Both in English and in German, I teach classes for beginners and advanced students. I speak Spanish fluently, but as I lived in Chile for around 5 years, both my pronounciation and my choice of words are influenced by that. I learned and teach the european Spanish but only for beginners (A1/A2). But if you don't mind the chilenean influence, I do teach to a higher level as well.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
I got certified with the University of Cambridge TKT test, developed empathy to students, polished my method, and the last 5 years I have been teaching english in an online environment.
After years teaching online, I can say that the computer screen is not a limitation. I love to see my students thrive in a new language, I develop my own exercises too, My classes are fun, dynamic and interesting to say the least, I believe I have the patience to create exercises and drills for my students and approach learning from a different perspective and overcome boredom, tiredness and lack of discipline.

My name is Mélanie, I am 40 years old, I am Belgian and I live near Brussels in Belgium.

I have 7 years of experience in teaching French as a foreign language. I have a degree in Modern Languages and Literature. I have an agrégation in higher secondary education. French is my mother tongue. Additionally I have a C2 level in Spanish.

I have taught adults (beginner - advanced) in various training institutions (CLL, CVO Semper, ...). I have taught both large and small groups. I can therefore adapt my teaching methods according to the number of people.

As far as my teaching methods are concerned, I create communicative exercises.
I always try to get the student to express themselves as much as possible. In case of groups, I create individual exercises, in groups of two or four.
I give homework in which the students have to write a short text related to a grammatical concept they have seen. I also give additional grammatical exercises.
I also test my students' knowledge. For example, during the course, I listen to my students and comment on their oral productions. I also do small listening comprehensions and reading comprehensions.
I can also explain certain grammatical points or translate certain words into the student's language if it is needed, but generally I always try to teach in the target language.

If my student is looking for a job, I can also help him/her to write his/her CV and cover letter and also prepare his/her interview.
If my student works in a company, I can also prepare exercises specific to the company's field. I have given courses to warehouse workers for Delhaize, to plumbers, to students in Tourism.
I also taught asylum seekers.

As far as teaching material is concerned, I use a lot of material from Zexperts fle https://leszexpertsfle.com/toutes-les-ressources-fle/ which I adapt to the objectives of the lesson. I also look for exercises in FLE manuals such as Totem, Edito, Alter Ego, Expression orale... Naturally, I adapt the exercises according to the needs of the student. I also look for songs in YouTube.
