Hi! I'm Rodrigo, a Spanish, English, and Japanese language teacher with over 10 years of experience teaching all ages in Japan, Australia, and Poland. I grew up in Chile but have lived in Japan, Australia, and Poland for my studies of Bachelor, Master, and Doctorate, respectively. After 6 years of studies in Japanese, I graduated from the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, and from the Hokkaido University, majoring in Japanese, Law, and International Relations, respectively. I finished my Masters in International Relations at the University of Melbourne and also hold two diplomas in Teaching and Didactics.

My teaching methods focus on communication, namely listening and talking. I use a variety of resources such as drawings, sounds, and especially games that stimulate students' creativity. I create all my material and tests which I upload on my website.

My name is Katerina, I’m a native Russian speaker and a foreign language teacher from St Petersburg, Russia. I’ve always been addicted to learning foreign languages, be it English, German, Spanish, Turkish or Arabic, so turning my passion into my job was just a matter of time. I have a Master’s degree in linguistics which taught me to understand the way the mechanism of a language works and thus to help my students see the logics behind the grammar rules. Being a constant language learner enables me to see the process from both sides and to predict the difficulties my students might face. The fact that I’m not a native speaker of English or German means I’ve been through exactly the same language-learning journey you’re about to take, and thanks to my personal experience as a student, I can make this road smooth for you.

I've had students of all ages, from pre-school kids to senior generation, and I feel comfortable working with both beginners and those who are eager to take their learning process to a new level. In my classes I encourage you to talk in the language we’re studying as much as possible, putting every single bit of knowledge into practice right away. If you’re a Russian-learner, I’d be glad to prove it to you that you can absolutely nail my mother-tongue - and yes, you’ll be able to make a small talk in Russian by the end of the first class even if you’re an absolute beginner! Hi, my name is Dita and I am happy to teach you! I am a professional teacher of Italian and Czech language for foreigners. My mother tongue is Czech and I offer language lessons for all levels. I have been working online as well as offline for many years and currently teach adults both individually and in groups. I also collaborate with various international companies. In the Czech Republic, I studied Italian philology, language and culture at university. I lived 10 years in Italy and even now I go there very often, I have family there. I know the language on the street, but also the academic language.
My lessons are professional, friendly, fun, I always adapt the style and time of teaching to the needs of the student. I prefer students who want to see the result and are willing to work on it regularly, because the student's result is also very important to me. I use the book Česky krok za krokem and several Italian books. In addition to this, I use many digital materials to make the lesson interesting.
For students who have little time and want to use their time effectively, I do WhatsApp lessons, where we talk 2-3 times a week for 15 minutes. You can choose the form of communication you prefer (message, call or voice recording) and you always receive feedback.
I also do asynchronous teaching where you study when and where you want. I send you the teaching material with a video, text and exercises and you have a week to do it. Of course you get feedback.

    Lithuanian language is one of the Baltic countries languages. Some people are travelling to Lithuania, some of them are working or studying over there. So it's really good to know how to say very simple words, as hello, how are you, good mornng, thank you, you're welcome, where, how and etc. It's necessary because the main language is Lithuanian in that country 

    I am lithuanian and was learning other languages. So I can understand you very well, how do you feel in foreign country without language. You want to say something, ask or express yourself, but you can't. I would like to teach you. I like helping people and I have almost 10 years experience in teaching with different age people from different countries and culturies. The educational field has always been my passion. My education has helped me be part of several international educational institutes like the AMIDEAST in Dubai and Abu Dhabi (UAE), and the Centre of British Teacher (CfBT), EDT in Abu Dhabi and the UNHCR in Lebanon.
 
Moreover, I was part of The Humanitarian Response course that took place at Harvard University where I learnt in depth about topics related to Protection, Emergency and Security Management. 
 
Besides my passion and education I believe my experience relates to this position specifically in several points, I will mention a few below:
 
·       My MA has exposed me to edtech through using CALL (Computer assisted language learning) during my MA and carried out projects related to that.
·       My current experience as an operation manager and QA of Reports at EDT for the ministry of education has enhanced my analytical skills of data collection and analysis. Besides, I led a survey to drive change using data analysis to achieve customer satisfaction at assist.ae.
·       All my roles needed me to create a strong relationship with several stakeholders, build a community of open ideas and solving problems to achieve bigger goals while keeping updated and connected to the educational field.
 
Finally being a teacher for seven years teaching English as a second language paved the way for me to advance into the other roles and relate so closely to teachers and students.
