My name is Eva, Hispanic Philology Degree and Master's degree in Teaching Spanish, and I have taugh Spanish for 14 years in language schools and for companies and individuals who want to live and work in Spain from very diverse sectors (businessmen, psychologists, video game designers, teachers ...), and people who wanted to learn the language by pleasure or to be able to communicate on their trips as well.

I can teach general classes, but I am specialized in personalized classes according to your professional and academic needs, focused on communication, conversation and pronunciation, to which I pay a lot of attention (many of my students come to my classes because they want to 'sound' more Spanish). The cultural component is essential for effective communication.

I like to work on explanations and communicative practice in class, and let the student practice exercises at home that I advise for him between sessions. Your learning can be deeper the more time of personal study and practice you can dedicate to it.

Normally I use a basic manual (I prefer the books by Prisma, the Edelsa publishing house) and complementary books on vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation, among others (Anaya and Edelsa publishing house are my favourite).

But the best thing is to listen to you and attend to your specific case.

Before starting the classes, I propose to have an interview to listen to you and understand your case, what you need and prepare our work together adjusting to your wishes.

I have more than 15 years teaching experience, both face-to-face and online to individual as well as to small and large groups. I come from the town of Vidin, Bulgaria. I am a qualified English and Bulgarian teacher. I graduated back in 1972 from Sofia University with an MA in English Philology and Bulgarian Philology as a second subject. Since then I have spent most of my professional career teaching Bulgarian students.

I am a teacher of English with more than 20 years experience. For the last 15 years I have lived and taught English in the South East of England, but originally I come from Minsk, Belarus, so English is actually my second language. Either way is an effective way of learning and together we can find out very quickly what works for you.

Whenever possible, I use authentic resources, such as online newspaper articles and BBC videos, and I often design tasks and exercises myself, to make my lessons more up-to-date and matching your particular situation. I also use materials from EFL coursebooks and language-learning websites. Whatever your level, I will always have a lot of suggestions for you as to what materials and online applications you can use to support your study in between lessons.

My name is Kilian, I am 29 years old and I am a Spanish guy from Canary Islands.

A year ago I graduated in Spanish Language at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and I also finished the course that accredits me as a DELE examiner for levels B1 and B2 by the Instituto Cervantes. After studying abroad for six months (Czech Republic) I knew that I wanted to dedicate myself to teaching Spanish as a foreign language, so here I am!

Of course, my mother tongue is Spanish, but I also have an intermediate level of English which can be very useful to solve some doubts that may arise during the classes.
