My name is Alberto and I am 29 years old. I speak Spanish, English, French, German and Italian. As you might have seen, one of my passions is the study of foreign languages. I love learning them, studying them, and keeping permanently in touch with them.
I have been a foreign language teacher for eight years, and I have always obtained remarkably good results. I personnally love working as a language teacher. It is another opportunity of keeping studying one specific language whereas you are helping other people to learn.

In my clases I adapt myself to the needs of my student. We practice the speaking, the writing, or any other skill the student desires. We learn also grammar and vocabulary. I like to work with spread sheets of grammar and vocabulary to consolidate the grammar basis, but I also like using other ressources, such as films, books, videos, games, songs or articles from the newspaper.

I am quite patient comprehensive and kind. All the students that came to me with problems or difficulties bearing relation to the grammar have come through them with a great success after some lessons with me.

I am Ismir Musić, from Sarajevo, the capital city of Bosnia and Herzegovina and I've been teaching online since 2017, also did 7 months of regular classes in Croatia, where I had my own 2 groups, thank God.

I am a TESOL certified. I have taught many students English and German for beginners in my home country for the past few years. I was an intern at one of the best law firms in Zimbabwe for two years. My passion in English teaching was derived at a young age in school . I was the most fluent, therefore I taught other students of my level and below who had difficulties. They understood my interpretations and explanations. This made me a competent tutor who possesses a mastery of English. I believe that the best way of tutoring is to make sure that both the student and tutor reach an equal level of understanding using a friendly platform. A tutor should be more of a friend in order to understand the student's perspective. I believe that a tutor should be polite in order to be accessed. Being approachable in this case is understanding that English is not the student's native language, therefore the tutor should expect that the student will ask a lot of questions. The best tutors are welcoming and easy to approach .A good English tutor should have the ability to build caring relationships with students. In teaching, knowledge about the Subject matter is not enough. Mostly, learning would be impossible if the student is not comfortable during the lesson. If a student feels that a tutor cares for them, he/she will probably perform better because he/she can feel the support that a Tutor is willing to give them. Great tutors not only care about their job but also the welfare of a student. A charismatic tutor must be respectful. In some circumstances, a tutor will have multilingual classes wherein a student is from a different country. In that case a charismatic tutor must be sensitive to cultural differences and traditions of their student. A student should feel safe and welcomed. Most importantly, a great tutor is passionate. The most important value an English tutor should have is passion. A tutor faces Students everyday having different cultures and styles of learning. That is the reason why tutors should be passionate. This happens when tutors think teaching is not only a job for a living, it is also living for the job. Here are a few tips on how to get the most out of every lesson:
1. Review what you covered in your previous lesson.
2. Focus on things you had difficulty with. I will definitely go over them.
3. It is always a great idea to take notes during your lessons. It helps you stay more focused on what you are learning.
4. Feel free to ask me if anything has come up since your last lesson that you want clarification on. Your questions do not have to be prior lesson related, maybe you are just curious about how to say something.
5. Be sure you have completed your homework assignments. If you were not able to complete them, make notes about what stumped you. Were the instructions not clear enough, was the vocabulary beyond your level of comprehension, were the grammar rules too overwhelming, was there too much homework for the time you had planned to spend on it, and so on.
6. Contact me prior to your next lesson if there are any issues or changes you would like to make me aware of so I can have a chance to make changes to your learning plan.

I have been working as Italian teacher for two years to migrants, for refugee centers and humanitarian corridors in Italy. I have had experience with first literacy and also I have worked with begginers and intermidiate students, who I prepared to Linguistic Certification. I have worked with single student and with groups.

My opinion is “Viva l’intercultura”, that means looking at the person’s linguistic needs. Italian lessons become a space where the cultures meet and match each other, and step by step, the student can build the Italian language. For me, the cultures exchange is very important.

After training as a pastry chef and studying business administration, I traveled a lot and discovered my interest in languages. To find out more about teaching languages, I decided on further training at the Goethe Institute and completed it.
