I have learned and spoken English language all through my school years. I also have 2 degress which were taught using English language. This has afforded me the opportunity to work with a Canadian organisation in building schools. I currently work in a multi diverse community where communication is done using english language as the official language.
I would identify student's needs by interacting with them in a friendly and relaxed manner. This will be followed by structured lessons delivered at the student's pace and interactive practice lessons for the student while providing encouraging and constructive feedback to the student.
