Hello!, my name is Luyanda but you can call me Teacher Lulu. I currently reside in South Africa, Mpumalanga. I have 2 qualifications, one is a Bachelor of Arts, the second one is a Postgraduate Certificate in Education where I majored in English Home Language and Economics. I also have a 120-hours TFEL certificate which certifies me to teach English as a Foreign Language to different people around the world.
My teaching style is a more learner centred teaching method which focuses more on the learners’ needs. I cater for what you want to learn so I come up with lesson materials, fun and interactive ideas in which I can deliver the lesson to the student. I believe that the process of teaching and learning is successfully achieved in this way.
I have been working as a volunteering teacher at a local school whereby I teach English as a First Additional Language, Life Skills and Economics Management Science for a year now.
In my spare time I love doing outdoor activities like hiking, sightseeing etc., meeting new people (learning more about other peoples cultures) and reading/writing, as I am a language teacher.
