Hello everyone! Thanks for stopping by! I am Mariama and I have been teaching English for many years now. I earned my bachelor's degree with honors in the field of communication sciences which is centered around the science of human communication including biological, social, and linguistic aspects, thus I learned how to assist others to be better communicators. I have worked in the hospitality industry, in schools, and in the corporate world.
I have a passion for teaching, languages, traveling, and learning about new cultures. have traveled to several different countries and have lived in the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. Lessons with me will offer a variety of ways for you to improve your English and improve your confidence while having fun and being engaged. In all of my classes, I aim to be kind, patient, fun, engaging, organized, and lively. Being from sunny California I love visiting the beach often and I hope to bring some of this Cali sunshine into the classroom. I have recently made a move to the Netherlands, so I understand the challenges as well as the rewards that come with learning a new language.

All lessons will be conducted in the target language for better immersion and practice with the learned concepts.
