Hi! My name is Teacher Christine, from the Philippines. A graduate of AB Math, minor in English with 17 years of experience teaching primary learners offline, I also have been a Master A online English Tutor for 5 years now where I obtained my TESOL and TEYL certificates.
Teaching young learners has always been my passion. Not only does it make me feel young and happy, it mostly gives me a sense of fulfillment. I make sure my students are properly engaged in class through fun activities, colorful rewards, manipulatives, visual aids and are led to actively use their various senses with those from concrete, semi-concrete examples to abstract concepts of their lessons. In a nutshell, I specialized on a student-centered approach of teaching English either by inductive or deductive lesson presentation. I have proven and tested this method to be very effective, hence, students easily grasp and retain the knowledge and skills learned with me.
