I am a 22 year old BA degree graduate from the beautiful country of South Africa. My studies were largely based on Public Administration with English as one of my minor subjects. I am also a native English speaker who speaks 4 other South African languages. During my time in University, I tutored some Primary and high school learners and have been teaching English to people all over the world on an online platform for 7 months-It has been spectacular, to say the least .I really enjoy helping people develop their confidence with languages. I am also passionate about meeting new people and learning about different cultures and ways of life around the world. I have also recently decided to study a foreign language, so I understand how daunting the task of developing a language skill can be. I believe that a learning environment is an opportunity for both parties to teach each other new things. Therefore, I have as much to learn from you as you do from me.
People learn much faster and easily when they are comfortable and relaxed, this is why my lessons will be based on finding exciting ways of making your learning experience more enjoyable. I believe that each individual has different needs, goals and abilities and that teaching methods should be tailored to each person's language needs. As such, in our trial lesson, we will discuss your personal needs and goals and decide on a structure that works specifically for you. My teaching structures will include conversation practice, grammar lessons, pronunciation and vocabulary development.
