Hi! I am Teacher Joan from Philippines. I'm taking up my Masters degree in Filipino major in Linguistics, in one of the prestige school here in Philippines. I have a 4 years teaching experienced in a corporate company and I teach Filipino (Tagalog Language) and also I experienced teaching English speaker students on how to understand and speak fluently in Filipino. I am a native speaker in Filipino as well. As a teacher I used visual and audiovisual materials because in learning language you must also know how to observe, and apply your observation so that you will know why it is work that way and why isn't work this way. As an experienced teacher I want an interactive class in my discussion, also I want the lesson to be student-centered. I found it effective because the students learn by observing the lesson presented and not only by listening to the teacher. I really want to meet you and share my knowledge to you.
