Hello. I've been an ESL teacher for over 3 years. I love sharing knowledge to my students and helping them to improve their English speaking skills.
Everytime I have a class, I make sure to give my student a spotlight. I give my students their shining time. I let them sing or dance. We talk about the things they are interested about. I use flashcards, toys and funny camera effects for young learners. These things can catch their attention.
Teaching is my passion and that is why I was awarded as one of the top teachers in my previous company.
Aside from the recognition, what I like about teaching is that I encounter diverse students and it helps me to become a more flexible educator.
As a teacher, I respect each of my students difference, from their beliefs to their practices. I believe education can unite as all despite of the various cultural background we all have.
