Hello, my name is Khalifa. I am spanish. Master 2 in language and litterature. I am bilingual in Spanish and Arabic and I am equally fluent in French and English. Graduate at the UCM (Universidad Complutense de Madrid). I have received the extraordinary end-of-studies prize awarded by the university.
In the course of my career, I did my fourth year in the Sorbonne of Paris. If there is something I am passionate about. It would certainly be languages. I was amazed every time I heard a new language or saw a book written in an unknown language. I was lucky enough to live between Spain and Tunisia. From a very young age, I knew that all I wanted to do was teach. My first experiences were in Tunisia, where I taught my nephews and the children of our neighbours. In Spain I teach spanish and arabic. When I finished my university career, I took the plunge and started working by giving classes to foreign students who came to learn or perfect their Spanish at the Complutense University in Madrid. In 2012 I decided to put my own methodology into practice. I observed during my years of teaching that the methods of the 19th and 20th centuries were not designed for students of the 21st century because they fragmented language learning into separate and independent subjects that were mostly unrelated. I said to myself: if language is one and children learn it by imitating their parents until they become independent, why not follow the same model with my students? Since then, I decided to create my own method based on teaching all the language elements in the same class. The students have to speak more than I do, they have to get rid of their fear of languages and they have to make mistakes. I am here to correct their mistakes and dispel their doubts, just as parents do with their children.
I have designed courses at all levels. For those who want to start from the beginning, for those who want to go further and go beyond, and for those who simply want to learn the everyday language and understand each other on the street, at home or in the cafes .
Welcome to our school.
