I'm Meritxell, a Translation and Interpreting graduate and a certified English teacher (TEFL). I am passionate about teaching languages and I have experience teaching 1-1 and groups.

Let me know what your goals are and in what areas would you like to improve (conversation, writing, oral comprehension,...) and I will adapt the class to your specific needs.

My teaching methods are modern and dynamic so that learning becomes fun. The whole lesson is in English exclusively, in order to encourage fluent communication, good use of what's been learned and confidence.
Each class develops around a theme: traveling, cooking, grocery shopping... and specific vocabulary, expressions and grammar are introduced in a dynamic way.

I like to use materials whenever they are essential: vocabulary lists, grammar reviews and examples, but in general I prefer dynamic and oral exercises.
