About My Lessons and approach:
ᐅ Before starting a course, I give my students a placement test and a survey to get a better understanding of students’ level, needs, goals and interests, so I can tailor the lessons accordingly.
ᐅ Besides books, I prepare the lesson materials using authentic materials such as movies, videos, newspaper, essays, blogs, comments on social media etc. so students can learn real and daily life Turkish.
ᐅ In lessons, I focus on the four language skills equally; listening, speaking, reading and writing. Think of a table. We need each leg!
