o Coordinated Alumni's Kids, Pre-Teens and Teens Programs in the areas of material/course design, teacher training, and online resources (games/extra exercises on Moodle®);

o Carried out in-service training and workshops to teachers (presential and online classes using Skype®/Zoom®) and administrative staff;
o Worked with and managed academic and administrative teams daily;
o Supervised and guided recently hired teachers for 6 months, observing their classes, meeting weekly and advising them on how to improve their performance;

o Guided students and/or their parents through problems they had been having and developed strategic plans on how to make sure everyone involved (students/parents and teachers) walked out of class happy with the school/service provided. Associacao Alumni
2015-2018
Sao Paulo, Brazil
At Alumni, I worked with the communicative approach, teaching all levels (A1 - C1) and ages (from 5 year olds on). I also took part in the team that created the newest teen courses, which involved coming up with guidelines for each lesson taught, as well as games, slides and use of apps in the classroom.
I have had about 80 students simultaneously, kids to adults. Besides teaching an average of 27 hours a week, I was also responsible for:
o Adapting the guidelines to each of my groups’ needs;
o Collecting assignments, writing individual feedback in regards to content and grammar before finally grading the students’ work;
o Administrating placement tests;
o Administrating remedial classes to groups or individuals;
o Keeping parents updated on their children’s development;
o Actively participating in workshops offered by the school supervisors and guests to further develop teaching skills;
o Keeping students well informed of the schools events and extra activities.

Wizard
2014-2015
Sao Paulo, Brazil
At Wizard, I worked with regular and mixed levels groups using the Neuro Linguistic Programming teaching method. There, I was responsible for teaching 11 groups, which added up to over 80 students. In order to fulfill my responsibilities well, it required great organizational and time management skills in order to weekly prepare lessons, teach, collect the students’ homework pages, correct and return them in due time.
I also took part in the extended training of teachers, which involved a 1-hour meeting every week during the time I worked there. Those meetings enabled us, teachers, to discuss current problems and solutions, as well as reflect on how we could better understand our students’ struggles and help them effectively. There, I also took 7 online courses provided and required by the franchise.
