Hello! My name is Diana, I am 37 and I live near Venice.
I am a native Italian speaker with 10 years of experience in the field of commercial management and customer support. I can offer conversation lessons to improve the ability to speak fluently, basic grammar lessons for beginners or in-depth for those who have already reached a more advanced level. Thanks to my experience in modernly structured companies I can offer courses for the development of useful skills in the workplace:
- communicate with customers and suppliers using specific vocabulary;
- writing commercial e-mails, reports and minutes, consciously using Italian words
- manage a commercial negotiation in Italian.
