My name is ELENA ALBYCHEVA and I am a certified Teacher with a Master's Degree in English Language and English Literature, also I have a Master Degree in Russian Philology. My teaching experience includes four years of teaching Practical English Grammar, Applied Linguistics and English Academic Writing courses at some Universities in Singapore and a distance learning course of Academic Writing in the School of Education of Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, USA.
I bring to your attention one of the training courses that I have developed: “Practical Course of English Grammar in Academic Writing.” The course is intended for high school students, language colleges and higher education institutions.
The course "Practical English Grammar in Academic Writing" is a 3-block Workshop, 24 hours each.
The first and second blocks are devoted to the study and practical application of grammatical forms of the English language in writing and includes all sections of English grammar.
This course contains sufficient material to memorize basic grammatical forms and develop skills for their application. In addition, the practical grammar course includes the necessary theoretical material, tables, practice exercises and texts, as well as final tests.
The third block is designed to strengthen essay writing skills and introduce students to the practice of writing for academic purposes. It prepares students for high-level English courses that require scientific writing.
