I've been teaching English for about 10 years already. My students have been as young as 5 y.o. and as old as 55 y.o. I've taught online, in person, one-on-one, in pairs, in small groups, in big groups.
My approach is to teach to speak real-life English. Of course, this doesn't exclude grammar but this all immediately applied in practicing language skills - speaking, reading, writing, and listening.
