Hello, my name is Dean and I am a 23 year old student from South Africa. I am currently studying BSc Psychology and I am loving it.
On and off for the past 5 years I have been teaching English and Mathematics to children from as young as 5 to as old as 17. I worked for Kumon for a year as a teacher, and I have in the past, and currently, taught private lessons both online and in person.
I am a calm and patient teacher and enjoy teaching students of all ages. I do not use one teaching method for all pupils as I have found that different methods work for different students.
I am very friendly with my students and take their education seriously.

I do one on one English and Math lessons to children of all ages, from all backgrounds. I have taught mostly in person, but more recently because of the COVID situation I have taught online as well.
The work I do with the students usually involves helping them with school and homework, and in most cases areas were the struggle as well.
I also bring my own material to work through the the students when we are done with that.

I was an English and Math teacher to students of all ages, from different schools and different backgrounds.
I was responsible for working with up to 10 students at a time, overseeing their work, keeping discipline and helping where ever necessary. When a student needed extra help I was also responsible for giving that. My work included going through daily English and Math work with the students, prescribed t by Kumon, marking homework, testing students and communication with the parents, as well as some smaller duties as well.
