I am a fun, professional and hard working English teacher with a passion for teaching and helping people. I can help you prepare for the IELTS speaking exam by teaching you all the strategies, vocabulary and idiomatic language you need to get your desired band score.
I have a BA in English from the University of Birmingham and a 120-Hour TEFL in teaching English online. I have been teaching for 1 year as a private tutor and also on online platforms such as Cambly.
I believe in making fun student-centred lessons, allowing my students to acquire the language naturally. I use a variety of materials and methods to help aid the learning process, such as YouTube videos and interactive games. My aim is to teach concepts without you really feeling like you are learning something. Instead I just want you to feel like it is happening naturally!
Finally, I am currently living in Spain, so I know what it is like to be immersed in another culture and to learn another language. I am currently learning Spanish and I know it can be both daunting but also very rewarding. I want to make your language learning journey a fun and pleasurable experience so that you can accomplish all of your goals, whatever they may be.
