Hi! My name is Sonia, I'm 26 and I'm a Spanish and English teacher. At university, I studied to be a Primary and Pre-school teacher, from 2012 to 2017. I have already worked at different schools and academies from 2016 until now, which have given me enough experience to feel confident with online and face-to-face lessons.
My teaching methods are based on focusing on students needs and interests, so that the lessons are completely adapted to them and so the contents are as significant as possible. I have learnt this student-centered approach from my Erasmus experience in Finland, where I had the chance to see how one of the best educational systems works.
In my lessons I mostly use presentations with a specific index, so that the students have a clear idea on what is supposed to be explained during the class. I also work contents through quizzes and webpages where exercises can be done online.
