I hold a master's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures (French and English). I have also earned a certificate in Teaching Italian as a... Foreign Language (second-level DILS-PG, University for Foreigners of Perugia, 2022), and I am a qualified examiner for the Speaking Section of the CELI exam. Moreover, I have specialized in Teaching Italian Pronunciation and Phonetics. I worked as an Italian language assistant in middle and high schools in Nice (France) in 2014/15 and 2016/17 for a total of over 500 hours, creating and implementing listening and oral language practice activities to help students improve their oral skills and their knowledge of the Italian culture. I have earned a Master's Degree in Pedagogy from the Faculty of Education at the University of Bologna and I have several years of experience in education, working in different fields and holding various positions, such as school tutor, pedagogue, and teacher at a language learning center, working with adults (e.g. Corporate/Business English) and children/teenagers at public/private schools (from pre-school to high school). I have also studied in France (Universitè Paris X), USA (Vassar College, NY), experiences that have led me to have a high command of English and French.
