NB If you are writing a test like IELTS or TOEFL 'in a month or two' and you need to obtain a minimum score to enter a university, remember that according to education bodies like British Council and Cambridge English, it takes an average of 120-130 lesson hours to move from one level or band to the next. So with 'one or two' months, you need to already be at B2 or Upper Intermediate level to start preparing.

For B2-C2 level students who enjoy photography: Would you would like to improve your English conversation and your photography? In a typical lesson, you will show me your latest photos and describe how and why you took them. Then we will discuss how photos are assessed in photographic competitions and, if necessary, we can go over the essentials of using a digital camera (although it's perfectly fine if you use your mobile phone to take photos).

Hello! My name’s Lucia Cristina. I’ve been working in Bologna as an Italian language teacher for adults since September 2014.
First of all I want to know the needs and the expectations of my students. I create the lesson depending on the interest of the student, using didactical materials totally personalized. In my lesson I alternate grammar and communication. I prefer to speak only Italian but if necessary I can use the student's language. I love to know new people and for this reason I'm really friendly with my students.

I'm very patient because I was a language student, so I can understand the frustration and the fear that you can feel studying a new language. I'll be happy to show you and discuss about pros and cons of my culture.

I am also a registered CELI examiner. While I was studying foreign languages (German, English, Spanish and a bit of French), I discovered that what I like best is to share my passion for my language, Italian, with the rest of the world. I have always enjoyed working with languages, culture, education and people. I am originally from Venezuela so Spanish is my native language and I have been living in Belgium since 2009. My degree as Master in Industrial Sciences is equated here.
I am a teacher and since 2018 I have been teaching Spanish to adults. I am able to boost the self-confidence of my students. My lessons are for absolute beginners (direction level 1 and 2), intermediate (direction level 3) and advanced (direction level 4). Conversation is also possible. I focus on the four most important skills: speaking skills; listening skills, writing skills and reading skills. And also on grammar and spontaneous communication.
Teaching and language are just my passion and I would like to teach it to others. I work with adults and seniors, but know that every person learns in a different way. I am a qualified teacher. I studied at the State Language School in Slovakia and I passed the General State Examination in English Language (C1-C2 level). I gained a Doctor of Philosophy degree (PhD.) in Social Work and completed an Additional Pedagogical Education. As a PhD student, I gained experience in teaching. I´ve more than four-year experience in teaching. I enjoy teaching, working with people and speaking in English.

I am a teacher of Italian to Speakers of Other Languages with many years of experience in teaching in public and private schools. I have taught Italian to speakers of other languages in schools, in migratory contexts and in vocational training at all levels (from pre A1 to C2 ). Dear future student, during my language teaching practice I've worked with over fifty individuals. Some of them pursued the language exam, some just used it for their everyday life in Slovenia, or with Slovene partner. Despite certain routine, the main reason that even after seven years this work is still very exciting for me, lays in the individual relationship and approach with respective person. Since I lived abroad myself, I know first hand how it feels like to learn a new language outside of school.
