I hold a bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Germanic Studies obtained at the University of Yaoundé 1 .I also hold a DIPES II (Secondary Teacher Diploma) ) in German obtained at the Higher Teacher Training College of Yaounde. This is the communicative approach. Finally, I like the cultural approach. I help the learner to discover cultural elements, since language and cultures are linked.

My name is Monika and I am fluent Bulgarian and English speaker. I can help you to learn Bulgarian and/or English if you are a beginner or if you want to prepare for your exams in Bulgarian grammar. I am passionate about languages because I found it easy to study languages in general. I took my final exam in Bulgarian grammar and literature with A. I also graduated Glasgow Caledonian University, which of course required IELTS.

I would discribe myself as a very patient, supportive and highly motivated person. I don't like to put pressure on my students because the brain works better when the focus goes on the learning materials, not on the stress.

I have 25 years of experience as an organist in a church. I teach choirs for children and adults and I have been a piano teacher. I feel that my experience in teaching choirs and pianostudents and playing music is very fruitful for the way that I teach Danish. I have followed an intensive online Dutch course and as a student I think it works out very well. I have been living in Switzerland for 14 years, where I work as a teacher and translator. I am a native Italian speaker. I obtained the federal qualification for teaching adults and also completed a Master's degree in teaching Italian as a foreign language at the Università Cattolica of Milan. I am a teacher of Italian at middle schools in Zurich and also work at language schools. I am a CELI certification examiner.
