I am a translator by training and a compulsive traveler by birth. I love cats and salsa music. English has always been my passion and I'm here to help other people feel confident when speaking, writing and working with this language.

My teaching method is a very personal mix made of tips and methods taken from different schools of thought, many first-hand experiences I have had in the field, all combined with my mission to help students overcome their fears and blocks when it comes to English.

In my classes you will have the advantage of feeling well looked after - my preparation in cultural and language studies allows me to listen to and understand the challenges students from different linguistic backgrounds face.

Hi, my name is Veronika.

I am a native Russian language speaker who is certified in teaching Russian as a foreign language. I am a member of Association for Language Learning and I hold a degree in Journalism as well as a Master’s in Philological Sciences.

I have lived in the UK since 2012 and have taught Russian at different levels both face to face and online. I understand the challenges of learning a language and the importance of classes that are both enjoyable and enable good progress. All my lessons are therefore planned according to individual needs using textbooks as well as my own materials and authentic Russian language sources.

I have always been interested in language acquisition, passionate about teaching and highly focused upon helping learners achieve their language goals.

Oi! Hi! Ciao! My name is José. I lived in Brazil most of my life, in the city of Sao Paulo. After a period in London, now I'm living in Turin, Italy. I'm eager to help you learn Portuguese, whether it is for travelling, to speak the language of your loved one, for working or just for fun, no matter what is your level.

From day one, my lessons will be tailored to your goals and interests, to make them engaging and fun and to help you achieve fluency fastly.

I also have professional experience in several areas, from hospitality to business consulting, which gave me a lot of flexibility with the language and I will use it to help you improve your vocabulary.

Apart from being a language enthusiast, I am really into music, cooking, and travel. I play the guitar (mainly blues, rock, and bossa nova), I love to cook Brazilian-style barbecue and unknown Italian dishes, and the last places I've been to were Southeast Asian countries on a 5 months trip.

Hi, I am Christin!

After training as a pastry chef and studying business administration, I traveled a lot and discovered my interest in languages. To find out more about teaching languages, I decided on further training at the Goethe Institute and completed it. During the Goethe Institute "Learn to teach German" course I was able to give individual language lessons and actively support the examination preparation for the Goethe certificate.

My lessons are needs-oriented. That means that learning goals are discussed with you and based on your level of knowledge. Whether grammar, sentence structure, pronunciation, expression or the practice of communication situations: German as a foreign and second language classes are flexible and take place in a group or one-to-one lessons with individual support and are based on your wishes and requirements. The teaching of content and topics takes place according to the respective language level. Completing my International Baccalaureate at an international school in Taiwan, I studied Film and Television at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
I've tutored one on one as well as large summer camp classes, from ages ranging from 8 to 45. I'm a keen listener, attentive and flexible to the learning style which suits you best.
I am TEFL certified, and have spent my last year working in the Scottish TV industry, working on programmes for channels like the BBC and Channel 4.
