What our teachers offer
Language course: Italian and Japanese
I'm Sara, I'm a native Italian speaker and I speak English, Japanese and Russian.
My offers:
Japanese language course (in Italian and English)
Italian language course (in English and Japanese)
English language course (in Italian)
Russian language course - basic level (in Italian and English)
For some years I have been teaching privately to adults and children with a passion for languages, both students, in preparation for school exams or language certifications, and groups of people or companies. I have been offering private Japanese language lessons for 4 years and Italian lessons for 3 years.
Between grammar basics and notions about Japanese and/or Italian culture, I will help you improve your knowledge.
My experience:
Graduated from the Faculty of Linguistic Mediation in Milan, there I studied Russian and Japanese languages. I thoroughly studied the grammar of these two languages and the fascinating culture and history of Japan and Russia.
I began my career as a private teacher with the teaching of the Japanese language, initially learned by self-taught and during my year in Japan with the AFS scholarship (2018-2019) at the Kokusai Joho koko institute in Sapporo, then I deepened my knowledge in the following years at university.
I did a 5-month Erasmus period in Poland, where I was able to deepen my knowledge of the Russian language by studying at the Russian and Polish philology department of the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow.
During my years of experience with the Japanese language and its teaching, I was able to deepen my knowledge in teaching and develop new teaching methods, embarking on a new path offering Italian lessons for foreigners in English and English lessons for Italians.
In my years of teaching I have acquired new skills and developed new teaching methods based on students' abilities and experiences.
I'm waiting for you for our first trial lesson, in which we will define your level and our objectives based on the reasons that push you to undertake this path. See you soon!

Hey guys!
As a famous proverb says: "You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream."
Many people say it’s easier to learn a language when you are young but there are advantages to learning a language when you are older.
That's why I'm here, your teacher Mila, to help you improve your vocabulary, grammar, erase your fear for speaking and teach you some great things about the world's culture.
I'm a Master Professor of English Language and Literature, with more than 8 years of teaching experience in several countries.
I'm focused on teaching vocabulary and grammar through speaking and natural acquisition with communication.
There's no any boring book in my class, but a lot of interesting materials, worksheets and videos created for each and every student individually to meet everyone's requirements.
I'd be happy to meet you soon and start creating some magic with learning.

Hello,
My name is Tiska. I am a French Teacher with experiences with adults and teenagers in Public Education (USA) and Language Schools. I am holding a Master Degree in FLE (Teaching French as a Foreign Language).
Join a small group of learners of 2 or 3 for conversation lessons with me. An article or video to watch before the lesson and a conversation with personalized corrections during the lesson. This option saves you at least 10 euros per lesson on Colanguage.
Group opening:
Monday and/or Wednesday from 17:30 to 18:30 (French time).
Level: intermediate (B1)
Also, standard French lessons
- level A2 (low intermediate)
- 2 hours a week
- ask for schedule
Don’t know your level? Ask for a free level test.
I give Skype lessons to people who need or want to improve their French language. I like to use material from the internet (videos, article etc.) to introduce a theme which leads to a lesson and a conversation.
I like to create engaging learning with my students. I will give as homework a document to watch or to read with comprehension exercises so the time we have on skype is only speaking practice and explanation if needed.
I can help you prepare DELF-DALF Exams or work on specific needs (as professional French).
Really like to speak about all the subjects with the student especially those the student like so it gives the motivation to speak in the foreign language.
The free first lesson is organize to know your tastes, your level and your needs so we can plan the next lessons about the objectives you fixed.

Hi! I am Maaike, a Dutch primary school teacher. Every day I'm doing by best to teach the Dutch language well to the childeren, but also other languages such as English and Spanish.
I have more than 12 years of experience as a teacher, in the Netherlands and abroad, to young and old!
In the Netherlands I have experience in each grade, so I know exactly how the Dutch language is given in primary education. This can certainly help children, but also adults who want to learn the Dutch language in a correct way, having a good basic knowledge is the most important part of learning a new language.
I lived in Spain for 3 years where I taught English to Spanish children and adults. During that period I also followed an intensive language course to learn the Spanish language. Currently I am learning Nepali through Skype. I know what it is like to learn a new language, what it involves and how the learning process works.
I will first discuss with you what you would like to achieve by following the language lessons and what your needs are. Maybe it's just speaking skills, or grammar or listening skills, or a combination. In addition, I want to use my creativity to apply methods that work best for you, personalized language classes. :)
My goal is to give you the feeling after each class that you've come one step closer to your personal goal!
Feel free to request a trial class, so we can see what I can do for you and if my way of teaching suits you. See you soon! :)

Maaike is a very professional teacher and makes the lessons very enjoyable. She prepares the topics well before the class with the appropriate material. She teaches me different spelling rules, exercises to practise the spelling rules, reading comprehension and we discuss about the text and grammar. She often asks me if the lessons are ok or if I would prepare something different. Abril.

I've been living and working as a Turkish teacher in London for 5 years. I studied Turkish language and literature. I graduated from Kocaeli University in 2009. I have pedagogical proficiency and a Teaching Turkish for Foreigners certificate from Istanbul University.
I have experience at high schools and secondary schools in İstanbul/Turkey for 5 years.
All the collateral will be provided by me. I will give you homework after every lesson and we will check it together.
I use a theory book and an excercise book for my lessons, versions vary according to your level (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1). They're all published by Istanbul University and are called `Turkish For Foreigners`
I also use powerpoint presentations during my lessons. It makes it easier to understand the grammar rules.
My lessons are about grammar, listening, speaking and writing.
Lessons are interactive and fun as I believe a playful approach to learning a new language helps retaining information. Games and other devices such as cards will be be used during the lessons.
For more information please do not hesitate to ask me any questions. Thank you very much. Have a great day! :)

Hello everbody,
I am an experienced and teaching-passionate language professional offering tailor-made Croatian (all levels), General English (Elementary, Beginner's, Intermediate & Upper-intermediate level) and Russian (Elementary & Intermediate level) Conversation lessons as well as Business English.
The lessons are structured according to student's needs with a variety of interesting topics. A range of different teaching materials is used. I tend to apply mostly visual aids as, according to my experience, they help students most in memorising new words and language structures.
During the lessons we are focusing on further development of communication skills but we are also exploring vocabulary, grammar and culture. We read and discuss various texts, analyze grammatical issues, listen to conversations and songs, play games and quizzes and more than anything, we TALK! That makes conversation lessons always interesting, useful and likeable.
As an open and friendly person with an international family and experience of life in other countries, I enjoy meeting people of other cultures. I would be happy to get a chance to help people all over the world to learn the languages I teach. Perhaps you as well?
Welcome! Dobro došli! Добро пожаловать! Welkom!

I can really recommend Senna as a Dutch teacher! She is always on time, there is no problem with communication(I had a few teachers before so I see a difference;)) The material is very diverse - we do a lot of grammar and speaking exercises but also discuss articles from newspapers which contain also more informal Dutch. After 4 months of lessons I see a big progress in my Dutch. Moreover Senna is just a nice and patient person so there is no stress during the lesson :)

Hello,
I was born in İstanbul and I lived there. I hold a bachelor degree in cinema and television at İstanbul Şehir University. During my university years, my stories have been published in major Turkish literary magazines. After my graduation I have been specializing in children's book illustration and literature. I founded children's book publishing house in Turkey. The name is Yıldız Tozu Publishing and my books were released. I worked as an editor-in-chief in the company. I was finding books in the world and I was publishing them in Turkish. I am practically and professionally working on Turkish language and literature. Later on, I moved France to continue my education and works about literature and art. Currently, I am learning french.
I have experience in teaching Turkish in years. Furthermore, I speak English very well (TOEFL B2) and French (B1) it is advantage for students who are beginners.
Here my methodology when I teach Turkish:
I will use the grammar books and my presentations, time to time.
For speaking practice: illustrations, daily conversations
For listening practice: Turkish songs, movies, series
For reading practice: news and articles about Turkey (for advance students), stories, picture books (for intermediate students), texts from language books (for beginner and intermediate students.)
If students need to focus specific area like writing etc. I am designing my class according to that.
In addition, it is because I am using broad material about Turkish media, you will be familiar the culture and sociology of Turkey.
I like to do lesson in creative and in an organized way; therefore, I believe you will learn fast and you will enjoy learning Turkish with me!
I hope to see you in my class :)
