    Lithuanian language is one of the Baltic countries languages. Some people are travelling to Lithuania, some of them are working or studying over there. So it's really good to know how to say very simple words, as hello, how are you, good mornng, thank you, you're welcome, where, how and etc. It's necessary because the main language is Lithuanian in that country 

    I am lithuanian and was learning other languages. So I can understand you very well, how do you feel in foreign country without language. You want to say something, ask or express yourself, but you can't. I would like to teach you. I like helping people and I have almost 10 years experience in teaching with different age people from different countries and culturies. I have been working as Italian teacher for two years to migrants, for refugee centers and humanitarian corridors in Italy. I have had experience with first literacy and also I have worked with begginers and intermidiate students, who I prepared to Linguistic Certification. I have worked with single student and with groups.

My opinion is “Viva l’intercultura”, that means looking at the person’s linguistic needs. Italian lessons become a space where the cultures meet and match each other, and step by step, the student can build the Italian language. For me, the cultures exchange is very important.

I’d rather to teach with an inductive, interactive, and cooperative method, which focus on communication functions, but doesn’t forget the grammar. I use manuals, worksheets, interactive games, songs and video.

I speak and use the English language in life, at work, in teaching since 2000: 6 years in England + 1 year in New Zealand and the rest of the years in Spain.

I am a qualified educator with a BA honours degree in Education, a TEFL certified teacher and I studied primary education in France.

I have been teaching English for eleven years to different nationalities of different levels. I have taught Grammar classes, conversational courses, TOIEC classes, and text courses for beginners. My teaching methods really depend on the level of the student, I usually teach a concept using two kinds of textbooks to beginners and I provide lots of corrections and sample sentences to advanced students. I have been in tutoring and training for 15 years and I follow a communicative approach with interesting themes and discussions that draw on your life experiences and everyday situations. 
I was born in South Africa and live close to Cape Town.  I speak both Afrikaans and English as native languages. I studied Human Resources and specialized in training. At the beginning of my classes, it is important to evaluate students' needs and aims and in order to do that, I will send a "needs' analysis" so that I can better help you with your learning.
I mainly use Zoom as teaching platform because I think it is much better than Skype or Microsoft Teams because it allows a much better student-teacher interaction pattern.
According to Steven Krashen, one of the most renown linguist and education experts: "The best methods are therefore those that supply 'comprehensible input' in low anxiety situations, containing messages that students really want to hear. These methods do not force early production in the second language but allow students to produce when they are 'ready', recognizing that improvement comes from supplying communicative and comprehensible input, and not from forcing and correcting production".
Personally, I think that this is the right approach to teach because as a teacher we need to create a safe environment for our students, lower their effective filter so they can perform at their best potential.
I realized after years of experience as a languages student and teacher that several countries not just my country (Italy) have been using a teaching methodology which is obsolete and not suitable for students' needs and aims. The 80-20 rule is the sure way to achieve this goal. Can you guess which part is the student's one? The 80 of course, you are the one who needs to improve, to talk and learn. We as teachers we are doing whatever it takes to guide you through the process.
During my experience as a teacher I worked with teenagers, university students and adults. I had the pleasure to teach Arabic to university students who needed further assistance for their exams. I taught to adults’ businessmen who needed to learn the basis of Arabic because of their work. I taught French and English to teenagers and university students that needed further help with their exams or simply to improve their listening and speaking skills. I have also experience in teaching Business English.
