I come from Croatia. My city is located near the Slovenian and Italian border.
Since Italy is very close to my city, I have decided to study foreign languages there. In that way I also improved my italian language.
Languages I chose to study in Italy were English and Spanish.
I have lived in Spain and worked there as an Au Pair three times. I love to travel, meeting new people and learn from them.
In July 2016 I got a bachelor degree in foreign languages and literature.
In March 2019 I got my master's degree in foreign languages and literature.
I have been studying English since I was 6 years old and in 2007 I stayed in an English language summer camp in Southgate, London.
I assisted students with disability and helped them with English.
I worked in Spain as an Au Pair and there I helped children with English also.
English today is one of the most important languages in the world. It is a global language. It helps you get a job, finish your studies, travel, meeting new people etc.
I consider that everyone should know how to speak English. At the same time, we must not forget about our own culture and our native language. I would like to get to know your culture and I would like you to get to know my culture too. This is why my way of teaching is creative. I would like you to learn from me as well as I would like to learn from you. The teacher and the student should like and support eachother. The teacher has to adapt to the student because everyone has different needs.

I am from Calabria, but over the years I have felt at home in various places. In each one I have searched for my way and in the end in each one I have found little clues that have allowed me to understand that I want to teach my language to those who do not yet know it.
I have always loved the word, its power and the infinite possibilities it offers; at first I only thought of writing it down but there was still something missing. What use is the word if it is not shared, if it does not become an opportunity for exchange between cultures, or better, between individuals?
So, between one suitcase and another, I graduated in Italian literature and specialised in journalism, then I obtained the Ditals II from the University for Foreigners of Siena and the two-year specialisation school as a teacher of Italian to foreigners at the same university.
I have been teaching Italian for more than ten years: in Italy in state schools, in schools for adult migrants (Cpia in Modena and Rome) and in public schools; abroad at the Dante Alighieri in Valletta and at the University of Cork.
I have a passion for music, cinema, documentaries and photography, different mo(n)es which allow me to learn and tell stories.

I got my university degree on law at Ankara University and subsequently finished my degree on MBA at Loyola University Quinlan school of Business in Chicago, USA. My name is Karolin and since the beginning of 2017, while I was still living in Chile, I've been giving online classes. I really enjoy my work and it gives me the privilage to get to know people from all around the world, which is amazing.
Both in English and in German, I teach classes for beginners and advanced students. I speak Spanish fluently, but as I lived in Chile for around 5 years, both my pronounciation and my choice of words are influenced by that. I learned and teach the european Spanish but only for beginners (A1/A2). But if you don't mind the chilenean influence, I do teach to a higher level as well.
