As a customer service and HR intern, you help to grow the business and manage our customer service. You cooperate in a young and international team in a student minded working environment. The internship takes place in Spain (Valencia) and is open for international students and Erasmus plus internships during the summer or one of the academic semesters.
Your tasks
- Screen new lesson requests (private / cooperate clients), manage 1on1 and group courses
- Recruit new teachers, screen applications and help to scale our teacher database
- Securing teacher quality by performing job interviews on Skype with new teachers
- Manage and improve our customer service (email, Skype calls, tickets from our CRM system)
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to identify bottlenecks
- Spot and present new marketing opportunities, help to implement them
- (Optional) get insights into our SEO marketing strategy and keyword research, help to promote our products and increase our organic traffic
Your Profile
- Motivated to work with clients (students and teachers)
- You are dedicated, reliable and you have a hands-on mentality
- Ability to work independently and capable of taking initiative on specific projects
- You are a student or recently graduated in a relevant study like: Economics, Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in English
- You have a native speaking level of one of the following languages:
- German
- French
- Italian
- English
- A positive and flexible attitude

Starting date and working hours
- Period: flexible starting dates every semester or during the summer
- Duration: minimum 3 months, more is a plus
