Hi! My name is Thembeka and I'm here to improve your confidence with English. Do you want to improve you English speaking skill (fluency)?

I'm a native English speaker and I live in Durban, South Africa. I'm holding a degree in Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. I will be graduating with honors degree in Botany in May 2022. In addition to this I am holding a 120 hour TEFL certificate, this makes me a fully qualified English teacher.

I have both formal and informal teaching experience. Teaching is my passion, and I have been teaching students online of all ages for 5 months now. I have students from many countries such as but not limited to; China, Russia, Poland, Turkey, Germany, Sudan, and many other countries. Have you ever thought how your life will be like if you speak English better? Speaking English allows you to actually broaden your world, from job opportunities to the ability to relate to people from every country.
Knowing the English makes it much more interesting every trip. English is the medium of communication in all areas of life. Having a good command of English helps us to have more opportunities in life. In order to take the next step in life you have to improve your English.

I am a youth leader at church, who also assist with teaching children between the age of 4 to 15 years old every Sundays.
I am an avid reader who also enjoys listening to music and watching reality shows. I am a fun person to be with, I also love to bring humor in the classroom.

In our session together, we are going to practice English in a relaxed and friendly manner. We are going to have interactive classes, I maximize the student's speaking time by allowing the students to speak more than myself. I believe that a key to learning a foreign language such as English is by finding a balance between learning and practicing. I am going help you with whatever English goal you have, perhaps it grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation or conversational English. Whether you are a beginner or intermediate student you are welcome in my classroom. Remember that making mistakes is part of growing. So its okay to make mistakes in my classroom, because through them we learn and become better. I Truly believe that my student's success begins with making them feel comfortable in the classroom. I encourage them to share their questions and opinions in an unbiased and open environment. I strive to create a space for students to explore their own learning styles.
