Lively, fun, results-oriented French and Latin America Spanish lessons online, or in-person in The Hague area.

I truly enjoy teaching phonetics. This means I focus a lot on pronunciation.

Speaking a foreign language implies adapting your 'speaking instruments' -mouth, lips, tongue, even teeth! - so you can produce the new sounds.
And we often feel uncomfortable, making weird faces (especially when speaking French!).

Experience has taught me that with a few simple technics and practice anyone can express effortlessly his/herself in French or Spanish.

Grammar is important, as it sets the rules that will help you to avoid mistakes, we will also focus on that.

And, most importantly: Culture. But don't think only about arts, painters, writers, music, or food - think also about pop culture, jokes, habits, how everyday people communicate and interact, and body language as well, as each culture has its own manners!

We will work with up-to-day audiovisual and written content, specially tailored with love to meet your goals, and we will assess your progress on a weekly basis.

A little bit about myself:
I'm 51 years old, Uruguayan-born French national with a Bachelor Degree of the Arts in Spanish and Latin American Language, Literature, and Civilisation from La Sorbonne University, in Paris, and a postgraduate degree in Public Policy from Universidad Di Tella (Argentina).
I have over 25 years of experience providing language and cross-cultural training for all levels of Spanish and French.
What I love the most is to motivate my students with a challenging out-of-the-box approach to learning.
