Hello there!

My name is Elaiza Rondina. I am from Cebu City, Philippines. I am a licensed English teacher here in my country. I have been an online English teacher to students from Asia and Latin America for more than six years now. I was also a senior and junior high school Literature and Language teacher for more than three years.

My years of teaching experience have taught me to be sensitive to my students’ needs. I have learned to adjust my teaching strategy to cater the needs of my students at the same time making sure that they are having fun while learning the foreign language. I know how stressful and tedious language learning could be, but with the right approach and strategy in teaching, I believe students could have a fun and meaningful experience in learning the English language. I make sure that my students are engaged in class, that is why I use different teaching materials and props to keep their focus and attention .

My connection to different English companies provided me an opportunity to keep and utilize different English teaching materials. These materials are perfect for students' different levels. I am more than willing and happy to share these materials to my future students.
