Hi, everyone! My name is Natália, I’m a native speaker of Portuguese (Brazilian) and a proficient user of English. I believe in education as a way of transforming society, and learning a new language is a good path of change.
I’m an oceanographer (University of São Paulo) and I’ve decided to become a teacher, so I’m studying pedagogy (yes, I’m odd enough to change the beaches for the classrooms haha). I’m currently working with English and Portuguese literacy in schools in São Paulo, Brazil. I work with children, teenagers, and adults and use the social constructivist method of teaching in my classes, therefore I always learn a lot with my students as well.
