I am an experienced ESL tutor with TEFL Certification. I specialize in grammar teaching, reading, speaking, and writing. I use explanation, demonstration, and some orthodox methods like role-playing during the lessons. I enjoy using Total Physical Response, songs, flashcards and prompts. I teach students of lower beginner level to upper-intermediate level. I help my students broaden their opportunities through learning English.
I teach general English and helps students complete real-life tasks. I also teach composition writing and assist my students in developing creativity as they think in English. I can provide them with essay modules that can help them practice.
I will provide homework help to my students. I will also provide them with authentic resources to complete these tasks.
English for conversation is essential for every student. I will help my students develop confidence and improve their fluency. We will go through idiomatic expressions and phrasal verbs to enable them to sound natural. I ensure that my teaching methods benefit my students. I am a patient teacher who will do everything possible to ensure my students never give up on their dreams of learning English. If one method of teaching fails, we can try other methods. I will be available when my students need me. Always remember that if you can dream it, you can do it.
