Hi there! My name is Paula Cortez and I am an EFL teacher. I have been working as a teacher for about 4 years now and I have experience teaching kids, teens and adults. I have also had the opportunity to teach international exam courses (CAE, FCE and IELTS) and to work teaching English in-company for PwC, a world-renowned company.
I love using games, audiovisual material and books in my classes. The most important thing is for classes to be dynamic and student-tailored.
I'm very flexible when it comes to adapting to the needs of each student, whether it is learning needs or schedules.
As regards the content, I think it is vital to provide the students with tools that will allow them to move forward in the learning process, mainly in terms of producing native-like language. Grammar as well as giving feedback on language production is key.
