I am Daniela, a qualified teacher of Bulgarian as a foreign language.

I will be delighted to help you learn Bulgarian. I am originally from Sofia, Bulgaria. I am passionate about languages; I am fluent in English and Spanish, Czech and Slovenian. I have helped many foreigners now living in Bulgaria to better understand and speak with confidence in their social environment. I am always interested in their motivation to learn Bulgarian and I adapt myself completely to the needs and tastes of each student. I'm an experienced language teacher with 5 years of experience teaching Catalan, Spanish and English to all levels and ages (children and adults) and German to beginners. I've worked as a private teacher and as a teacher in a school, so I can handle students one to one as well as groups. Due to the Covid-19 crisis, I also have experience in online teaching.
I've got a degree in Catalan and English philology, a post-degree in teaching Catalan and the official master for teaching in secondary and Language Schools (English speciality).
In my classes I always take into account my students' needs. I focus on communication, without forgetting that we need to learn the grammar in order to speak/write correctly.
I use different materials depending on the level, the language and the students, but they are always of diverse nature and they include videos. I usually include material created by me.

My name is Karolin and since the beginning of 2017, while I was still living in Chile, I've been giving online classes. I really enjoy my work and it gives me the privilage to get to know people from all around the world, which is amazing.

Both in English and in German, I teach classes for beginners and advanced students. I speak Spanish fluently, but as I lived in Chile for around 5 years, both my pronounciation and my choice of words are influenced by that. I learned and teach the european Spanish but only for beginners (A1/A2). But if you don't mind the chilenean influence, I do teach to a higher level as well.
