Dear Students, I am a native Standard-German speaker, translator (English-German-Spanish), language manager and teacher holding certificates in... various languages, translating, teaching, interpreting and in creative writing with six years of teaching and three years of translating, transcribing, proofreading, voice-over experience.I offer patient, fun, interesting, efficient, flexible and individual German online and face-to-face lessons for all levels and needs as well as exam preparations. I am a certified TestDaF and telc examiner. I specialise in test preparation. I offer both general and intensive German language courses, and... specific classes of grammar, conversation, writing, test preparation and interview preparation. My focus is on intermediate and advanced German learners, who need a higher level of accuracy and fluency in terms of exposition, argumentation and self-expression. I had been teaching German at one of leading language schools in Berlin for over six years. I hold a Magister (German equivalent to the master's degree) in Germanistics (German language, literature, and history) from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (2001) and a teaching certificate of German as a foreign language from Goethe-Institut München (2010). Before becoming a language teacher, I was a journalist for six years at a local newspaper in Potsdam. Language lessons can be fun, but language-learning is certainly time-consuming and occasionally frustrating. I am therefore aiming at establishing collaborative relationships with my clients to keep them inspired and motivated throughout the journey. Hi, I am an Italian-German native speaker who grew up in Italy and has been living in Germany for more than 6 years. I have been teaching... Italian for about 5 years and have experience with both beginners and advanced students. As a German teacher, I have gained experience mainly as a tandem partner and tutor. Furthermore, in order to be able to study in Germany, I had to take the DSH exam and thus intensively deepen my knowledge of German grammar. I think that the best way to learn a language is to talk, talk, talk! That's why my lessons focus mainly on communication. However, I also use a lot of grammar and comprehension exercises to deepen, understand and consolidate the vocabulary and basic rules of the language. If you already have a book, we can use it, otherwise I have worksheets for each level. If there is an area (writing, listening, culture, etc.) in which you would like to practise more, that's no problem. We can talk about the details together in the trial lesson and determine your personal focus. The Italian courses are held in Italian and the German courses in German, but I can speak English and if you don't understand everything I can help you.
