Hi! I'm Phoebe (Fee-bee). I'm a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. I am also a licensed math teacher and a TESOL certified English... teacher. I have been in the ESL industry for a decade now and I have taught various nationalities such as Europeans, Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese and Koreans. My students are from different age groups from 4 years old to 80 years old and from beginner to advanced levels. I have also experienced teaching math to college students for a year. Aside from my mother tongue Cebuano, I can also speak Filipino and Spanish fluently and a bit of Spanish. In my free time, I love to play chess and learn Spanish. Since 2015 I have been teaching English to students of different levels. After graduation from University majoring in English Teaching, I... started to focus more on my practical teaching skills. For two years now, my classes are all online and I have taught Business English, Exam preparations, General English using interactive methods that always keep the learner at the center of the class. I use different media to assist the learning process; for each class, there might be a short presentation followed by a conversation around the recent grammatical lessons that we have had, and I share homework files i.e. in doc format to save time and give feedback on the following session instead.
