My name is Najeeb Aldaghashi. I am from Sana’a, Yemen. I am a well-qualified teacher, with 15 years’ experience of teaching Standard Arabic... and Yemeni Dialect, Qurranic studies, Tajweed and Telawah for speakers of other languages. I have been teaching al-kitaab fii ta'allum al-arabiyya, Gateway to Learn Arabic, Arabic for media and conversation Arabic books for beginners since 2005. I have been teaching Arabic language online for about 7 years and familiar with most of the needed communication programs and apps. I am also a supervisor of English language teachers in Yemen Schools, Sana’a City. I used to develop a program of learning suited to the students’ requirements, and implementing a suitable curriculum, after assessing their level and objectives, whether general or with more specific emphasis on the media, aid and development, classical or religion. I like teaching and I encourage my students to be more curious and expand their knowledge of the language. I am creative and innovative with good organizational skills. I have the ability to plan time effectively, simultaneously coordinating a variety of projects often to demanding deadlines. I am methodical and systematic approach to problem-solving, implementing and developing methods of teaching in different learning environments, e.g., classroom settings, one-on-one, email or Skype. I am motivated to quickly learn to use new computer software, processes and technologies. I am in a positive attitude, energetic and enthusiastic. I am a TEFL-certified teacher with a bachelor's degree in English... language and literature and two years of teaching experience. Teaching and helping people learn is one of my favorite things to do. That’s why I always do my best to deliver good-quality, valuable lessons that are simple and understandable for the average learner. When it comes to my teaching style, I love my classes to follow a communicative approach and to make students actively engaged in the lesson and motivate them to be active participants rather than just passive receivers of information. For example, I make sure to reduce my speaking time and give them the chance to speak more. I also like to encourage my students to be independent learners and to practice what they learn, of course, with my guidance available to them whenever they need it.
