Native English Tutor with a Diverse Teaching Background

Hi there! My name is Anna and I am 23 years old I was born and raised in San Francisco, California, and I graduated from university in New York in 2023, while also acquiring my TEFL certification during this time. I currently work as an English teaching assistant at a primary school in Spain. The year prior I worked as an ESL instructor in a kindergarten, however I also have 3 years of experience as an ESL teaching assistant for adult learners back home in California for a local nonprofit supporting immigrants in the community. 

I take a relaxed, student-centered approach to teaching English, tailoring lessons to each learner’s needs and interests. I use real-world materials to make learning engaging and practical, helping students build confidence in their language skills through meaningful, everyday contexts.
