The concept of the "Language Oasis" is to create a unique environment where everyone feels safe, valued, and inspired to open their minds and immerse themselves in learning our beautiful language.
I taught Serbian as a foreign language at the University of Cologne for three semesters while working on my Master’s thesis at the Institute of Slavic Studies. Since then, I have been teaching Serbian as both a foreign and native language to children aged 5 and older.
Understanding that learning a new language can be both exciting and challenging, I prioritize getting to know my students to discover the teaching methods that work best for them. Whether through traditional approaches (books and exercises), contemporary topics, popular culture, or a blend of everything, my goal is to tailor each lesson to the individual.
At "Language Oasis," teaching isn’t dictated by a fixed curriculum. Instead, the curriculum is built around your unique needs and goals, making the journey of learning Serbian as enriching and enjoyable as possible.
