I have been a tutor since I was 6 years old. English, reading, writing, grammar, poetry and literature always came extremely easy to me. So I started to teach my classmates and support them through their learning. I have also worked as an online english tutor before when our family lived in Spain for 6 months.

I received a certification for teaching english to speakers of other languages 10 years ago. I am good at navigating language barriers and I love to see people make progress.

I homeschooled my children for 7 years and taught them how to read and all the rules of grammar. I also led a forest school for a few years. I love to teach and appreciate every student I have.

I teach differently depending on each student and what their needs are. Pronunciation and sentence formation with proper grammar is always a priority, but how we get there and how I teach it will depend on you and how you learn.

There are a couple of simple books I use to help guide lessons and teach the fundamentals. I will also require some homework on your part so that I have a place to teach from and guide you from.
