Hello, I am a Colombian native Spanish speaker with a degree in Modern Languages English - French, certified with English level C1. I have more than 12 years of experience as an English and Spanish teacher.
I use a communicative approach that allows students to produce and practice what they learn orally and aurally from the very first class. I have the ability to develop teaching strategies according to the context and needs of the students and skills in the artistic field; in music and performing arts. I believe that motivation is key to have a good learning experience, that is why I use some tools from my artistic experience to make my classes dynamic and entertaining when practicing and improving the four language skills (writing, reading, speaking and listening).
I have experience with children, teenagers and adults, in face-to-face and virtual modality. I have taught in schools, colleges, universities and specialized language institutes from basic to advanced levels.
