Hello, this is teacher K

My name is Kamvelihle Simandla and I am from South Africa. I am 26 years old and I am a certified TEFL teacher. I have a BA degree in linguistics and political science which I obtained from the University of Fort Hare where I was an english( English for specific purposes) tutor to first year students for almost 2 years. I believe that learning comes with making mistakes here and there, so in my classroom we don't judge each other we make mistakes because that is how we grow. I always encourage my students to have fun during the lesson, let's have a bit of fun while learning. I use different methods depending on who I am teaching, for example when I am teaching small children I like to use colorful objects, pamphlets and toys to keep them entertained during the lesson and to get them focused. When I teach adults I like to use age appropriate things like magazines, newspapers and just engage in a simple conversation while working on my student's Grammer.
