English, adapted to the needs of the student

I adapt my lessons to the level and needs of my students. What I like to do is ask them what they want to learn, why and what they like to do. Students tend to do better when doing something they like to do rather than something they have to do. Adults too have expectations and likes that we can work with. For adults we can learn through for example Literature, Art, or work situations.
I have great interpersonal communication-skills within a diverse, multi-national environment, where we come into contact with all nationalities imaginable. As an entertainer I have a lot of experience with children and young adults to speak in a language that is not their own about their interests, dreams, hopes, etc.
My English level is that of a native speaker, but as a non native, I know where many people have difficulties learning certain aspects of the language.
Having applied that knowledge into adapted 1-on-1 lessons for my students’ needs (both children and adults) since 2020.
English being the Lingua-Franca of our time, it is imperative to learn English all around the world. I believe that with the help of online teaching we can reach students that are otherwise harder to reach.
