Im an Qualified Level 5 ECD Early childhood development teacher with a Level 5 Educational Psychology behind me. I have been teaching young learners for a quite some time now with english, maths, life skills and various other subjects according to the age groups. My main focus has been on young learners but through the years of teaching i have run various Homework centres assisting young learns up to the age of 14 with their subjects and assisting in exam and test study.
My lessons are well planned and organised. I ensure that every lesson is age appropriate and that the learns will be able to understand and achieve their milestones. Lessons are fun and educational. I believe its important to be able to assess a lesson and be open to adjusting a lesson if i feel it's not going as plan. Every learner learns differently so its important to be able to recognise their needs and guide them correctly with advise and learning.
I set up my own learning materials. I always have a lesson plan available to show what we are going to cover step by step with examples. I make use of lots of external activities on worksheets, prop, images to help replay the lesson as best as possible.
