I graduated in Philology, Literature and Classical Tradition (LM-15) at the University of Bologna. After graduating, I did an internship (Erasmus Placement) lasting three months (June-September 2018) at a private language school in the city of Edinburgh. Here I worked as a language tutor for Italian, English, French and Japanese.
Immediately after returning to Italy, I started teaching Italian to foreigners as a volunteer. From October to November 2018, I taught a literacy course in a hostel to a young unlettered girl from Nigeria. From March to July 2019, I taught Italian L2 at the association "Aprimondo".
From July 2019 until now I have been teaching Italian as a second language in companies (Ducati and Lamborghini) with EF (Education First).
My approach mainly aims at learning to use the language in real contexts: grammar will be only a support. My focus (especially with A1-A2 level students) is on conversation, which helps develop the two language skills of speaking and listening.
