I grew up in Minnesota and Washington State and completed university in Arizona (USA). I’ve also lived and worked in several countries such as Japan, Mexico, Turkey, Switzerland, Germany, and France. I've been working as an English and German trainer and teacher trainer since 1997. I have also written several books for learners of general and business English.
My teaching style is focused on the communicative approach (using a variety of techniques and games) and is adapted to the learner's needs, interests, and level. I conduct a needs analysis with you, develop a plan, execute the plan and evaluate as we go along. Not only is it effective, but because it is tailored to your interests, it's also fun.
